Las Vegas Buffets: All You Can Eat for One Low Price
Buffets have gotten a bad rap in recent years and many people see them as nothing more than low quality food slopped in huge heaping trays that have been sitting all day until you come along and scoop some onto your plate. This may be true with some of the low end shoddy dirt cheap buffets, but in Las Vegas that is more like the exception than the rule. In Vegas, buffets have now become a way to eat as much as you want of whatever you want, but with good quality food that you actually want to eat. Many buffets have meat and carving stations with items such as prime rib, steaks, chicken wings, turkey and ham as we ll as seafood sections with pounds and pounds of fresh crab legs, shrimp, and even sushi. You can eat a full seven course meal including dessert if you want, or you can eat seven plates worth of crab legs. Nothing is stopping you from eating whatever you want, however much you want or even however little you want. If you fill up a plate with crab legs and you realize you don't like seafood, that's all right, just grab another plate. If you want dessert first, then go right ahead and grab some pies, browni es, and ice cream on one plate and cookies, donuts, and cheesecake on another. Or if you are a on a diet you can get the biggest salad you can fit on a plate and finish it of with sugar free dessert items. Or maybe you are on a protein only diet so you want meat, meat and more meat. Whatever you desire you can find it at a buffet. You can stay for as long as you like too, there aren't any limits on how long you can stay, how much you can eat, how many plates you can have, or anything like that.
Buffets aren't just for dinner either. Most buffets are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffets have all kinds of breakfast items including eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, fruit, cereal, sausage, hash browns, toast, and much more. Some even have made to order omelettes that you can customize with whatever ingredients you want. Lunch buffets are usually very similar to the dinner buffet menu but at a lower cost. Some of the main attractions at dinner are not served for lunch buffets, such as crab legs and steaks. But they have most other items that are on the dinner menu so if you want to have a huge lunch and a smaller dinner, go right ahead. Buffets are made to give you exactly what you want. And be sure to ask your waiter and the chefs what other items they offer, sometimes there are things that they can prepare for you behind the counter. Some buffets in Las Vegas offer custom made stir fry dishes where you pick out the vegetables and put them in a bowl and then hand it to the chef and tell him what protein and sauce you want and he will make it right in front of your eyes. If you want mongolian beef, teriyaki shrimp, or schezwan chicken, or whatever else you can think of, they can make if for you. Some buffets will make you milk shakes at the dessert station with ice cream that is hand scooped while you wait. So next time you have a huge appetite and don't know what you want or the family can't agree on one particular food, head to the buffet and everyone will be satisfied. |
